Refund Policy

We want every client to feel confident in working with BrentIQ. This policy explains how refunds are handled for our consulting packages.

1. Discovery call

The initial discovery call is provided at no cost, so no refund applies.

2. Fixed-scope engagements

For the Clarity Sprint and Growth Programme, if you are not satisfied with the first milestone, you may notify us within 7 days of that milestone to request a pro-rata refund for work not yet performed.

3. Ongoing partnerships

For the Transformation Partner package, fees already invoiced for completed work are non-refundable, but you may cancel future months with 30 days written notice.

4. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your engagement reference. We aim to review requests within 10 business days.

5. Method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
