Consulting engagements are defined in a separate written proposal or statement of work. Those documents, together with these terms, form the agreement between us.

3. Fees and payment

Fees are set out in your proposal and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Invoices are payable within the terms specified in your agreement.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website is owned by BrentIQ. Deliverables produced during an engagement are licensed or assigned to you as set out in your statement of work.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of this site is limited. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
